Position 2:
Role: Content Specialist
Reporting to Head - Marketing Communication
Location: Chennai
Work Type - Work from Office, Weekly Off: Sundays + 2nd and 4th Saturdays
Role and Responsibilities:
- Create/ curate content for external/ internal communication channels
- Edit employee and customer newsletters - Develop story ideas, conduct interviews, manage content pipeline
- Create content for websites/ social media platforms, print/ digital ads, marketing literature and collaterals
- Author case studies and whitepapers
- Interface with digital marketing team, visualizers, graphic designers
- Style check and quality assurance of all released content
Requirement:
- 5+ years of content creation/ feature writing experience
- Corporate communication/ MarCom/ Journalism experience
- Flexible writing style
- Ability to understand and present technical content
- Excellent communication skills
- Project management and people skills
- Eye for detail, Ability to multi-task and deliver quality under pressure
- Ability to meet deadlines
Qualifications:
- Master’s in Mass Communication/ Journalism or equivalent
- Graduation: BA Literature preferred
