Job Profile:
- Establish, implement, and maintain the quality system as per API Spec Q1, ISO 9001, PED
- Deploy action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformities relating to the product, processes and quality systems
- Continuously review quality control and quality assurance processes, procedures, and capabilities, in order to sustain the most cost-effective and efficient methods for meeting quality requirements, and making recommendation for improvement as appropriate
- Coordinate with and handle the Pre-sales/ CMT team for customer approvals through the audit process
- Ensure an effective system of monitoring whereby customer complaints are registered, analysed and resolved within the stipulated time frame
- Ensure continual improvements based on customer requirements, codes, standard requirements and LTVL requirements
- Foster continual improvement in QA/ QC practices by developing the best in-house testing facilities
- Select a strong, high-potential team to implement all quality systems throughout the company
- Represent the organisation in international forums
- Inculcate best practices as widely adopted across the world

Job Description:
- Establish and maintain customer relationships; serve as a single point of contact for contractual matters, presales and submission of offers
- Coordinate with various functions within the organization and ensure preparation of quotations to meet customer enquiries/ tenders that address complete technical and commercial requirements
- Represent L&T Valves in technical and commercial discussions with customers
- Develop strategies for technical offerings, pricing and other commercials
- Conduct contract strategy meetings to identify issues and bring resolutions
- Serve as primary organizational contact during contract execution
- Develop and execute negotiation strategies that minimize potential losses
- Ensure that all deadlines on deliverables are met and communicate on an ongoing basis
- Mentor and guide the team for professional development
