L&T Valves high-calibre design team works on state-of-the-art 3D design, simulation and analysis software to develop reliable flow control products. Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Flow Dynamics (CFD) are employed to fine-tune product performance and enhance reliability.
All prototypes are tested - both in-house and at advanced flow-control research establishments - to ensure that the valves deliver optimum performance in service.
At L&T, all new designs are validated by extensive in-house testing.
