The castings for L&T Valves are procured from well-established foundries in China. L&T Valves metallurgists work along with the foundries to ensure integrity of castings in line with international standards and customer specifications.
The company has a well-equipped metallurgical lab. The supplier evaluation and monitoring system is managed by a team of ISNT qualified NDT inspectors.
All stages in manufacture are monitored by a stringent quality assurance system. Strict adherence to established procedures is ensured using visual and bi-lingual displays in the shop floor.
